Commercial terms, intellectual property standards, proposal evaluation criteria, and operational frameworks governing alighte services, collateral downloads, and event contracts.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
By accessing alighte.com, downloading agency capabilities decks, or submitting an event brief, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern general website usage, digital collateral evaluation, and preliminary proposal requests. Binding commercial event production deliverables, schedules, and fee structures are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Intellectual Property & Conceptual Rights
All proprietary content hosted on alighte.com — including 3D stagecraft visualizations, spatial stall blueprints, case studies, graphic layouts, video assets, brand tokens, and written materials — are the intellectual property of alighte or respective brand partners. Preliminary 3D concept decks, stage designs, and budget matrices provided prior to commercial contract remain our proprietary property and may not be shared with competing third-party agencies or utilized for independent fabrication without prior written consent.
3. Proposals, Estimations & Turnaround
Preliminary 24–48 hour proposal decks and budget estimates are generated based on initial client specifications and market assumptions. Official contractual pricing remains subject to venue technical riders, site inspections, municipal clearances, and agreed materials specifications detailed in the formal Statement of Work.
4. Production Timelines & Client Obligations
Seamless event execution requires timely client approvals, branding asset delivery, and contractual milestone payments. Delays in design sign-offs, venue access permissions, or third-party clearances beyond alighte’s control may require adjustment of production schedules.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
alighte shall not be held liable for failure or delay in event staging resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme meteorological events, civil unrest, labor disputes, venue utility failures, or government restrictions. In such circumstances, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reschedule or adjust event deliverables.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any commercial engagements arising through this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings, claims, or disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
